New Chemical & Catalyst Pipeline

Installation of new chemical process line, mainly used during plant TA to quickly and safely recover the chemical back to polymer column reflux tank. Previous practice using flexible hose connection leaves a risk of chemical leaking at the multiple flexible joint connecting more than 30m length.
Compressor Flare Line Modification

Installation of new pipeline to safely discharge excess process gas on reciprocating compressor to flare line. This new pipeline installation was designed and installed to comply with DOE requirement, chanelling excess process gas to flare line.
Brine Pipeline Modification

Designed and installed 2 (two) units of bucket strainer for brine pump suction pipeline (duplex type strainer). Original design was only using temporary inline cone strainer, which caused strainer cleaning to be executable only during turnaround. By installing duplex bucket strainer, clogged strainer can be serviced during normal operation. Pipeline insulation was renewed (PU cold insulation).
