Motorized Penstock Installation

Installation of Explosion Proof type motorized penstock gate for WWT pit (remote control capable). An upgrade to original design for manual penstock installation. Project involved in penstock metal structure design and confirming the actual pipe inside the pit to match the penstock measurement. SS304 material was used for the penstock main structure to prolong asset life.
Heat Exchanger Replacement

New fabrication and replacement of 3 (three) units of carbon steel tube heat exchangers to SS316 material due to internal corrosion issue, which causes product contamination. Fabrication 3 months to complete including ASME "U" certification, ECT inspection to 100% tubes (for baseline data).
Pallet Stacker Machine Relocation

Relocation of pallet stacker machine from originally installed location, to provide safe and ample space for forklift operation. Relocation includes machine steel structure modification, re-routing cables and instrument tubing to fit new location. For extra safety, a meshed cover was installed to prevent operators from accidentally touched moving parts (motor and chain). Additional tyre stoppers were installed as an added protection for the machine from the forklift, during pallet unloading activity.
