Cleaning work on extruder die head parts, from burnt polymer marks. Previous cleaning method using high-pressure water jet was improved by using dry ice blaster, shortening the work time from 1 hour to 15 minutes. Result was a cleaner and shiner die head, without damaging coating layer of die head. Work area was much cleaner, leaving no residue, as compared to wet area when using waterjet
