Smartification project of process plant chimney. Installed 3 (three) sensors; flowrate, differential pressure and temperature sensors as part of Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS). This eliminates the need for plant operator to physically go to site for measurement activity, simultaneously preventing data tamper during manual data logging.

Multiple strategic point in process plant were captured using 360 degree camera. These points were then integrated with plant's plot plan, reducing the needs to physically go to the site for visual confirmation. This is particularly beneficial especially for hazardous, hard-to-access and high point areas.
